If payment fails, the order will not be confirmed or processed.
Failed or Pending Payments
In case the payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed on Namasvi Fashion. We kindly request customers to use our secure online payment options while placing an order.
