Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Namasvi Fashion. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must start before opening the sealed package

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible

  • The damage must be clearly shown in the video

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return request.


2. Reporting Time

Customers must report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

Once the damage claim is verified:

  • We will initiate a refund to the original payment method
    OR

  • Provide a replacement (if applicable)

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Delay caused by courier services

Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


5. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
